This week I am....

Getting my head around the fact that I now have 2 teenagers......

Not doing any sewing but keeping busy with a makeover of a fairly large piece of furniture and making it up as I go.......

....whilst listening and filling my head with some favourite music on full volume, much to my eldest's annoyance :-)
Also feeling pretty happy with some business cards from Moo.com.  Loving their products.

I love Moo cards too - they are so stylish! My baby became a teenage this year, and my oldest has finished university, left home and gone out to work - I am feeling quite old in consequence!

dear catherine, your business cards look great...those will be so fun to hand out. i also love the quilt you are working on in your last post. i noticed you are basting with safety pins...have you ever tried or heard of basting with adhesive spray? i use 505 Spray and Fix..won't gum your needle and those pesky pins will never get in your way of quilting again. i absolutely love the spray. it holds all the layers together without ever having any wrinkles in my quilting. just a thought...janae'

It's a daunting thing when your children become teenagers......only matched when they start talking gardening with you!!!!! boy that makes you feel old.
